PACRA Reverses Illegal Tampering/Alteration Of ZPC Company Records By The Ventriglias And Their Conspirators
PACRA has reversed the illegal alteration of Zambezi Portland Cement (ZPC) shareholding and Directorship that the Ventriglias through their Lawyer Zacharia Muya criminally and corruptly procured through a named officer at its Kitwe office.
Yesterday, tumfweko and other online medias carried a story which revealed that the Ventriglias had fraudulently used a Junior officer of PACRA in Kitwe without a Court Order and without the sanction of the Registrar to alter the Company records of ZPC at PACRA. Finsbury Investments Limited remains the major Shareholder in ZPC.
In a follow up letter written by Dr. Mahtani’s Lawyers Messrs Simeza Sangwa and Associates addressed to the Registrar of Companies today (see here), PACRA was given an ultimatum to immediately rectify the illegality or face sanctions.
The Ventriglias may have to face the Law for their criminal conduct and it will be interesting to see how the Law Enforcement Agencies will treat this matter in the next few days. Tumfweko will be following these developments with kin interest.
The named officer who altered the records is highly likely to face disciplinary action at his work place including criminal investigations and possible arrest.
The Lawyer who perpetrated this criminal offence named Zacharia Muya may also be facing legal sanctions and Law Association of Zambia for professional misconduct due to his high handed unethical behaviour which is demeaning to the legal profession.

The stories about these two paarties have become nauseating. Can they be advised to fight their battles quietly, please? After all, the squabbles are about private property, involving private persons. So why are we being treated to this time and again?

We now await how Zambia Reports is going to report this coz they were celebrating earlier that it was game over coz ZPC now belonged to the Ventriglia based on that same letter which is now reversed
