THE Drug Enforcement Commission has arrested a 13-year-old boy for being in possession of paper or implements for forgery.
The Commission in Central Province has arrested the 13-year-old boy together with four others from Chindwin Barracks in Kabwe for being in possession of materials used to manufacture counterfeit bank notes contrary to section 351(a) of the Penal Code.
Drug Enforcement Commission deputy public relations officer Mutale Chileshe named the three as Vincent Sikutambula, 43, a Zambia Army Staff Sergeant at Chindwin Barracks; his wife, Mary Tembo, a primary school teacher; his father, Ackim Sikutambula, 82.
Mr. Chileshe said the 13-year-old and three others have been jointly arrested and charged for being in possession of paper or implements for forgery contrary to section 351(a) of the Penal Code.
“The suspects have pleaded not guilty to the charge. They have since been released on bail and trial commences on 22nd September, 2015,” Mr. Chileshe said.

My analysis someone spotted the 13yr old carrying the counterfeit machine or parts upon questioning, he mentions the father/uncle/other (Vincent Sikutambula, 43) as the one who sent him to collect/deliver… with the police in tow he leads them to the home where the rest of the family members were, upon questioning further they failed to convince the police how they were NOT linked to the equipment. Hence nabbing of the kid and the entire family including the grandpa!

The Staff Sergeant has been waiting for 4 years for more money in your pocket from PF. So they decided to take matters into their own hands by printing the “Worthless Rebased” Kwacha.
With some of our visionless leaders having Robert Mugabe as their Hero/Mentor/Godfather/Demi-god it won’t surprise me if the Kwacha goes the Zim-dollar route. I’m just saying…

What do you expect when the PF has failed to even simply address the nation on the economy. You think they would manage to solve the issues if lungu is even scared to address us? For as long as you keep voting in useless chaps like the PF, you will continue to suffer and resort to illegal desperation such as this. We humbly ask you to vote upnd
