I wish to congratulate the newly elected board for Zambian Music Copyright Protection Society (ZAMCOPS) after the Electoral Commission of Zambia conducted elections on 9th September 2015 at Government complex.
Although the performance of the Board in the last three years was very good where profits and royalties are concerned, we have internal matters at the secretariat which we feared to talk about concerning the financial management by the former General Ms Mutale Kaemba whose contract expired on 31st July 2015 and was not renewed by the board Chairman and his team.
During the Annual General Meeting held on 22nd July 2015, she spent K 20 000 to buy food for members and K k40 000 to print the ZAMCOPS Annual report but up to now she has not given us receipts for the expenditure incurred. We have been left with this problem and I know the Board Chairman will be angry over this matter and yet she is gone now. Last year in December she got K15 000 which was meant for an officer to travel to Chipata on duty but she did not pay the officer and used up the money herself. The total not accounted for is K 75 000 and now she is pushing us to pay her gratuity. We are afraid that the Board will start disciplining wrong people and yet she is the one who spent the money. During the same Annual General Meeting, she forced junior members of staff to campaign for BJ Ngosato be elected as Board Chairman because she wanted someone who does not know management so that she can misuse money for ZAMCOPS. Unfortunately Pastor BJ Ngosa lost the elections to Dr. Edify Hamukale. She was generally not transparent and we have now have problems on how to account for the K75 000 and we don’t want this to be detected by Auditors and yet she is not cooperative to give us receipts and that is all we are asking for otherwise it won’t be well between us and the new ZAMCOPS Board.
The former General Manager also used to have sex in her office after working hours with her boyfriend. We only knew when the watchman heard her screaming perhaps due to pain or excitement during the sex. Files were all over the floor scattered in her office. She used to give her official car to the boyfriend to drive which is against our company policy.

I hate all articles that start with “Dear Editor” Just know that its a cooked up flipping one sided malicious possibly obnoxious story that serves one and only one person that started with Dear Editor.
