Emmanuel Mayuka could make his debut for his new French club on Friday evening after his club announced that the Zambian international had been cleared to play.

Mayuka made a transfer deadline move to Ligue 2 leaders FC Metz and the club today announced that the player will be available for selection when the team travels to play away against fourth placed Laval.

“Good news for Metz! Emmanuel Mayuka is now cleared to play. He may therefore be part of the team that will travel to Laval on Friday if the technical staff need his services,” a statement on the club website read.
