I have seen Presidents of this Country come and go but I have never seen the simplism I am seeing in Edgar Lungu’s Presidency. Pilato is almost on point with his songs, though I doubt his motives.

No doubt HH is the option to Edgar Lungu but his desperation for Presidency scares me. Someone on facebook wrote that inspite of HH being rich and comfortable he has reduced himself to nothing so that he can serve Zambians. I don’t think I agree with that. Voluntarism or philanthropism does not force itself on the beneficiaries. HH almost calls Zambians stupid for not voting for him.

It is only in Edgar Lungu’s tenure that I have seen the President seemingly to have so much time for leisure to even go and watch a friendly match. I know a lot of you football fanatics were excited to watch a match with the President. But while President Lungu thought that was just a by the way thing, which every person can do, he must realize that, the whole Institution of Presidency was with him during that night of the game or indeed whenever he decides to take up a trivial encounter.

The institution of the Presidency is such that when the President goes somewhere, almost the entire government goes with it, all top security wings move along, even some international dignitaries also follow to show solidarity and courtesy, then we have job or attention seekers and of course the enchanting evergreen cadres coming as well.

With all this group following the institution of the Presidency (not Edgar Lungu per se) comes the expense on the government level and personal level. Traffic is heavy, roads are closed, motorist burn fuel and waste time on the roads. All this counts for something especially in a Country where you are struggling to get out of the shackles of economic malaise.

Whilst the President is seen to be indulging in reactional activities, there are people who have been struggling to see the President for very important national issues. There are communications (letters and all other forms) which many people are anxiously waiting to be responded to by the President.

The President need to realize that he is no longer Edgar Lungu from Chawama but the President who is like the thrust of the nation. I have my doubts over the people around the Presidency but I was quite impressed with Amos Chanda when he featured on ZNBC Sunday interview so I wonder where this ineptness in the Presidency comes from.

With the mistakes of Edgar Lungu you expect HH to propound and expound on how Presidency should run but his desperation makes him lose credibility in his criticism. The more HH talks about Edgar Lungu the more he exposes his desperation and bitterness to have a small Lungu in State House. Well, HH deal with that, ECL might not know how to be President but we all have to accept it that the man is Presidential.

Even him (ECL) certainly does not believe his luck, this is why he wants to watch football like when he was a suspended lawyer. But get over it HH and become sober in your criticism otherwise you will end up in self-exile because this playboy (as you call him) might lead this Country for another 5 years instead of 13 months. Play your cards right and tell your cadres to sober up on insults and violence, it irritates the public.

I certainly would think Wynter Kabimba can do better had it not been for his over exaggerated self. Rainbow Party could have done well with Wynter at the background. Certainly Fred M’membe can do much better than Wynter publicly. Wynter need to shed off a lot of political baggage which he picked when he thought he owned Zambia through Sata.

Don’t talk about Dr. Nevers Mumba and others nominal political party Presidents because they belong to the parking lot for the 2016 General election.

Otherwise we can only talk about some PF senior members such as Given Lubinda. I still hold Given Lubinda as one of the best politicians of our time in spite of his treacherous tendencies on a personal level. ZaYeloow is sober, smart and slick at the same time which is befitting a President. The man knows the time right for anything and everything, it’s hard to catch him but he knows how to deliver.

My elder brother Chishimba Kambwili needs to shed off his weight to my size so that he can have respect for others because he seems to perceive others based on their body mass compared to his.

But anyway, non of these PF senior members stand a chance anytime soon because Davis Chama, has sealed the best deal for ECL, no elections for Presidency until vision 2020 comes to pass.

HOWEVER GO AND VOTE FOR ONE WHO IS LESS HARMLESS AND DESTRUCTIVE AMONG THE PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATES IN 2016. WE ARE NOT SO BAD IF YOU THINK DEEPLY.
