ZESCO Probe Heroes Stadium Blackout

ZESCO has instituted investigations to ascertain the cause of a power outage at National Heroes Stadium in Lusaka during the international friendly soccer match between Zambia and Gabon on Tuesday on Tuesday night.
Zesco spokesperson Henry Kapata said Zesco has dispatched engineers to investigate the cause of the power cut during the match.
The stadium was plunged into darkness on two occasions, each lasting about 10 minutes.
The match which attracted thousands of soccer fans and watched by thousands more on television, ended in a 1-1 draw.

What probe? I thought pf has already duped the nation into believing the low water levels story, i think that was the cause,i ask them to find other alternative sources of energy next they host a match at heroes stadium, just like they keep encouraging Zambians to so, to caution unnecessary blackouts, i hope no high ranking pf cadres were in attendance.

Save your arses! what probe? Stop wasting your time and embarrassing yourselves you have failed to ‘probe’ national power outages forcing mines to the extent of closing shop, today you feel obliged to probe a 20min disturbed game time? This country is indeed led by dim-witted leaders. Go look for alternative energy sources that wont embarrass Zambia again, stupid.

Can zesco also probe why power goes so oven in my area. Te it’s load shedding for the whole Zambia? Let the president enjoy load shedding also. maybe then, he will see that his government is not working.

Instead of these useless investigations, the government was supposed to explore gas in Northwestern and western Provinces which in turn will fire generator turbines and supply electricity .
