I learned of this from our UPND team in south africa with sadness. MHSRIP and may the other recover quickly. We in the UPND convey our condolences to friends and family of this promising young man. It is sad to lose a young life. Driving on foreign roads can be dangerous if one is not that used to the road code of that country. It saddens me to see lives lost on foreign lands. These young people were forced to go to south africa for education due to government’s failure to ensure quality education on our own soils. UPND mourns with you and we promise to improve education when voted in 2016

Show respect for the dead and their beloved ones by refraining from playing politics at such times.

Are you not aware @Czar that the person you are you addressing is one that NEVER learns? He will forever hope to convince people that everything in life will change IF his hakainde went to state house. They will even introduce an economic farting system. You’ll do well to let him rant-on on his own.

A comment is missing from NEZ to say it’s due to PF poor road network and no good hospitals.
