State to Address Teachers’ Salary Scales

MINISTER of Education, Science, Vocational Training and Early Education Michael Kaingu has assured teachers that Government is working on revising their salary structures.
Dr Kaingu said Government is aware that most salary scales do not correspond with the teachers’ actual qualifications.
“I am aware that some teachers have upgraded their qualifications, but their salaries have not been scaled up,” he said.
The minister said efforts are being made to ensure that the teachers’ salaries match their qualifications.
Dr Kaingu said this in Chadiza when he addressed teachers from different schools at Chadiza Boarding School.
“We want our teachers to be happy and motivated so that they can teach our children well,” he said.
One of the teachers, Moses Banda, complained to the minister that he had upgraded his qualifications from diploma to degree in 2010, but his salary scale has not changed.
Mr Banda said this was discouraging to him and others who would like to upgrade their qualifications.

Adiploma holder who teach sience will go to UNZA to study libraly comes back with a degree which he will not use to teach our chn. These are the pipo fighting for upgrading.

Kikikiki @Judge fimo fimo….. at least try to be fair and sympathetic. That equation is tantamount to mental torture for these natives in power and their cadres. You think they are even attempt?? They have flopped on simple “Mmuliokela economic equation”. They have even failed “can you remember G4 English question of “I HAVE NO VISION”. They just cant. The only equation they can manage well on this platform is; If C=challenge+X2016=soon to come-EL, what X? Guess their answer…..1. bawiso chatile, banoko chatile.2Plagiarism/cut and pate seem to help them as written content from their mind is well noted…… trying hard with misplace terms. Who made Zimbabwe’s economy go from bread basket of Africa to having Zim $ 1,000,589.00 to buy bread!? Presidential utterances and decisions can be taken as national stance of a country and tantamount to a national policy, need I lecture you on that?

Let me find out from you. Am I right to assume that you are human? OK. Fine. Lets discuss a few lines. When you say ‘fikala fyabawishinwe’ doesn’t that make you think that the insult5 is on you? Coz it implies that your father never had one. Same applies to mothers. You say ‘bukala bwansofu, meaning? ‘Wanunka pamatako’ ninshi imwe palanunkila? Munya amacrisps nangu imisumali?
Sorry, everytime you insult, know that there are people like ‘kakolwe’ who will always wish to see logic in any print. If it is lacking, I pack you in the compartment reserved for illogical ‘place-holders’ of humans on earth.
