Police Investigating The Leakage Of President Lungu’s Speech
INSPECTOR-GENERAL of police Stella Libongani says police have instituted investigations over the leakage of President Lungu’s speech to the ceremonial opening of the fifth session of the 11th National Assembly to The Postnewspaper.
Ms Libongani said in an interview yesterday that police have instituted investigations to establish how The Post newspaper acquired the Presidential speech, which was a secret document and caused its publication.
“We have commenced investigations into this leakage and we will soon update the nation on the outcome of this matter,” Ms Libongani said.
She said progress reports into the ongoing investigations will be made known to the public from time to time.
The Post newspaper published parts of the presidential speech last Friday before it was read in the House by the head of State.

This is what happens when hatred overrides a Newspaper. Mmembe is so full of hatred for President Lungu that he fails to notice when his paper prints non news. Mmembe is consumed by his own bitterness, so this being a Christian nation, let all of us bloggers pray for him to turn away from being gay just as Hakainde Hichilema, born from a niece who slept with her uncle to produce HH, must turn away from Satanism which he joined way back in 1999.

How difficulty is it to make the publisher speak? This is why most people feel this cartel network covers almost all wings of Government. Start with the publisher. He will tell you who leaked it to him/her.

Not at all. There is a lot of advice (to a wise person) in a quarrel. This man Fred Mmembe is so useful to us as PF. His insults help us sit up and we can not go to slumber. Zambia would be boring without “mad dogs” like Fred Mmembe. President Lungu knows this and this is why an ordinary person may think the President is too soft. It is this same Fred Mmembe who is our indirect Campaign Manager and most people sympathize with our party because of his continuous insults. So even when he may write the truth, people only brush him aside that “We know Mmembe, he hates Lungu”.

Probably. But the biggest possibility is having a person who knows that the desperation of some party leader in Zambia is such that he may pay highly for anything that has to do with Lungs Or the PF.
That is the person who bought the roadmap and said it was his. He is on record saying that even the OOP pass every piece of info through him before it reaches state house.
Nothing to Investigate here coz it’s release caused no harm nor embarrassment to Lungu.

investigation,investigation,how many times has the police investigated leaking of secret/security documents from state house.zp has no capacity to carry out this huge task..the zp should be recruiting brain busters from all fields,intelligent teachers,best I.t specialist,psycologist,accountants,etc, coupled with military training zambia will be safe and such investigations will be accompolished.if zp continue recruiting their dull relatives will go nowhere,next time we be told the shoes the presido was to put on has gone missing and is at bwinjimfumu junction.anyway for now,will be waiting for update.all the best stella.

Stella cant do anything out of professionalism but through directives from Edgar and the Entire state house to pin down whoever they think with their freedom of expression and assembly it will not be fine for them. All these investigations they are instituting, Directives come from Edgar himself.

Definitely, left behind by Wynter Kabimba and supported by Dr Guy Scott against President Lungu. But despite their presence in our systems, 2016 PF shall win again and HH will cry again. But as PF, we shall see if we can withdraw from participating in the elections to give chance to UPND, in 3016! HH must just look after himself well so that come 3016, he can get the Presidency unopposed!

so if ECL starts appointing his relatives to certain position people should not cry..that is the more reason why Mugabe appointed his relatives because of leakages… start with the person who typed the speech, whom did she/he give the speech after typing? when she was typing who visited her? which other person has access to that office? who took the speech to the president? how many hands did that speech pass through? who certified the speech as correct? when the president was making some changes on the ministries whom did he tell? above all hack the postnewspaper you will find the answer…

Presidential speech writing is like this, Presidential might raise issues with ‘his men’. Tells each and every cabinet staff to collect data on current issues, finance, agric, health, labour, economy etc. Give a deadline. Speech writer, transform data into a speech accordingly, then president’s PA goes thru it (edit, mostly grammar etc), takes the DRAFT to the President who mostly nods to it (as most presidents are blank on issues) and gives a final go ahead to print. So leakage cant come from Cabinet but the speech writer(s) and presidential Personal Assistant (PA).

NEZ, stop insulting us in the PF. Simply be civil enough and contribute to issues gently, do not stupid us. By beating you the UPND in every election since your party was formed, it can not be a mark of stupidity but proper leadership appreciated by genuine Zambians. Your regional or Bantustan party should prepare to take over State House in 3016 not 2016.
