Policeman Murdered, Woman Left For Dead

A POLICE officer of Kabwe has been murdered and a woman who is believed to have been in his company was left for dead after being raped and maimed at the defunct Kabwe mine.
Central Province commissioner of police Lombe Kamukoshi and Kabwe district officer commanding Kelvin Mwelwa confirmed the death of detective sergeant Joseph Mumba of Kasanda Police Station.
“We can confirm that Sergeant Mumba was brutally murdered. As of today (yesterday), we have leads but it is too early to give a detailed comment,” Ms Kamukoshi said.
She said the murder of Mr Mumba and the attack on the woman may not be linked because the body and the unconscious woman were found in different places.
And Mr Mwelwa informed Central Province minister Davies Chisopa in Chibombo on Saturday that Mr Mumba’s body was found in Nkrumah Extension.
Mr Mwelwa also said some of Mr Mumba’s belongings where found with the woman at the crime scene.
But police sources said they suspect that the criminals allegedly murdered Mr Mumba and bundled the body in the boot of his vehicle before dumping the body in Nkrumah Extension.
The source said preliminary investigations indicate that Mr Mumba was killed around midnight on Saturday and the body was found in Nkrumah Extension between 06:00 hours and 07:00 hours.

Foolishness. Is this the first Saturday or Sunday that happens to fall on the 18th? Do Christians stop from worshiping on the 18th?

UPND in your foolish thinking can not even distinguish that the number 666 is not the same as 18 the day declared by the Republican President for prayers. 666 is the sum of 600 + 60 + 6 and 6 + 6 + 6 is 18 mwe mbushi mwe. What a party full of people whose aim is just lying and full of bitterness and jealous.

Very sad development , indeed crime is on the up swing. If police officers can be murdered in cold blood like that, what more Ordinary citizens? This goes to show that under PF not everyone is safe. We need change and change is now.

Did you know that an unruly mini bus driver knocked down two people tried to run away from the scene of the accident and ended up knocking down three more while over speeding in Kanyama four died on the spot and one is admitted in hospital. When RSTA says we shall revoke such licences you cry foul.

Agony is trying to write…UPND will never rule this country, but end up writing ‘UPND will rule this country’…lol. @Sanky and fellow bandwagon members, are you blessed with such divine powers such that you can ably guess who can & who cannot rule this country? you bring slogans like ‘one Zambia, one nation’ and the empty declaration of ‘Zambia is a Christian nation’ to a total shame!!!
