Milupi: Zambians Have Denied Themselves Of The Best Leadership

Milupi

Milupi

Opposition Alliance for Democracy and Development (ADD) Charles Milupi has observed that Zambians have denied themselves the best leadership by continuing to vote on tribal and regional basis.Milupi

Mr Milupi tells QFM that Zambians do not vote based on the basis of one’s intelligence, but one’s tribe and regional origin.

He notes that if people were voting on the basis of one’s ideas and arguments, they would be picking a candidate to vote for from those that participate in the presidential debates prior to the elections.

Mr Milupi says the fact that this does not happen, is a clear indication that factors that motivate people to vote in Zambia are tribal and regional related.

He states that this state of affairs is unfortunate because people are not picking the best which the country has to offer.

All the President we have had are hard working individuals. The problem lies somewhere in State House which confuses the situation- maybe greedy advisors. Even you Milupi you were part of Zambian managers who made ZCCM fail. You were all intelligent but failed to make the mine tick.

Milupi you’re one of the people championing tribalism in Zambia. You singled out Southern,Western and North Western out of all the provinces of Zambia and urged them to vote for HH during the last presidential elections.

Milupi is 100% right. Easterners, northerners and those Luapula have killed Zambia because of them thinking all of them are PF. HH is the best political leader who shall steer Zambia to prosperity.

What tribal thing did Hh say or do? I can tell you that EL and Rb says “wako ni wako” right before your ears and you simply applaud him. HH has never uttered tribal remarks. Kambwili, chama and Mumbialways utter tribal remarks and no one bothers. We shall see how you shall manage to survive the high cost of living by supporting and defending your sangoma presido based on tribe and region.

@Pride & @Brenda, stop supporting Milupi’s assertions because they are anything but factual. You can only know the Best leaders after you assess them at their works. On what basis has Mr Milupi measured hh to be the Best for Zambia? This same hh has lamentably failed to adhere to party principles as founded by Mazoka, how do you lump success at him? In what? How does personal business translate to national success? Bring me facts. Probably, this is how fools think.

Whatever people say about HH i think it is demons that have deceived Zambians to hate him. He is the best man suited for presidency and He has never been tribal like our president and his rank and file are. Zambia is accursed with el so that people die with hunger in their poverty arizing from high cost of living.

        October 16, 2015 at 7:20 pm

I ask again. HH is the BEST suited for presidency, BASED ON WHAT!!!! I’d also want to believe what you believe about HH. I am not tribal because I identify with a Zambian tribe by choice. Not birth or any other nonsense, but by choice. So you people that support HH so much as to worship him, give me the points that make him the BEST! Because he is rich? Because is an economist? What? Am sure he no longer uses the ‘youngest’ tramp card.

Later you go for a top job. Now you, you just rose from independent MP to President of Luena Consitituence thinking that Luena is Zambia. I cant andastand why most african rich pipo cant take advises.

It is not automatic that a debate winner will translate those ideas into actions. Teams change everything. What with team members like fi Mumbi Phiri, Chama, Muntanga, etc. Where can Zambia go?

Tribalism is in all regions and people can support you if u do not segregate them on development. Levy did it to N/western even when they did not vote for him but he took development there and people appreciated him and voted for MMD which was by then UPND dominated. So PF should do the to these areas they have been rejected. Parties will remain strong in other areas just like PF is strong Luapula, Northern and Muchinga so is UPND in Western, Southern and N/western.

tribalism is everywhere and that is correct. however vices like corruption and stealing are deeply rooted in people from certain provinces. these crooks know themselves and are responsible for the mess in our country. while we shall have national prayers for whatever, it is important for these people to hold weekly prayers and fasting to cleanse themselves. why should the whole country suffer for a wrong deed by a few others? Levy said of them, ”stinking of corruption”.
