Chinese Robbed K150,000 By Taxi Driver In Kalulushi
A CHINESE man of Chambishi in Kalulushi has allegedly been robbed of K150,000 by a taxi driver he hired to take him to the bank to draw the money.
This comes barely three days after three members of a Chinese family were murdered in Kitwe’s Garneton.
Kitwe district officer commanding Davies Simwanza said in an interview that the incident happened yesterday between 10:00 hours and 11:00 hours.
Mr Simwanza said the Chinese man, whose identity has been withheld, hired the taxi to take him to the bank to draw money but after doing his transactions, the taxi driver stopped on the way and picked up two friends.
He said the suspects pushed the Chinese man out of the vehicle and sped off.

Gullible. How do you go to withdraw such huge sums of money with a taxi? That’s being too trusting of people. Wasn’t there another similar story months ago when a business man got robbed by a taxi driver? Uku pwalala.

Ba Silence this has nothing to do with policies. 6 years ago a friend of mine lost K90,000,000(unrebased)in a similar manner near Multichoice, in Kitwe. Con men have always been there. It is up to you to be vigilante. You think HH will be moving with every where ?

stupid chineseman,hw cn u entrust a taxi driver wth such kind of an amount?hopefully he got the registration #of that vehicle.its now common that taxi drivers commit crimes nearly everyday.
