PATRIOTIC Front (PF) secretary general Davies Chama says the party will not labour during the 2016 general elections as Zambians have confidence in the ruling party because of the massive infrastructure development taking place around the country.
Mr Chama said in an interview in Lusaka that the PF is committed to infrastructure development to improve the country’s outlook, especially through roads under the Link Zambia 8000 project.
“When we say we are going to rebuild, we will do it on time. When we come to the general elections in 2016, it will be a silent campaign for us because we won’t be talking too much but just showing what we have done.
“Look at what we have done and make up your minds. We have done the works as Government, what more is there to say?” he asked.
Mr Chama assured Zambians that the government will not be shaken by baseless attacks from the opposition.
He said it is unfortunate that some political parties have adopted a culture of opposing everything the government is doing for the sake of doing so.
Mr Chama said opposition political parties have a duty to provide objective checks and balances to the government instead of unnecessary criticism.
Mr Chama assured people that the PF administration will deliver to their expectations even under difficult conditions.
He said Government is on course in finding solutions to the problems affecting the country and will not waste time responding to unreasonable criticism from frustrated politicians.
“Many would agree with me that our country remained behind in infrastructure development during the MMD era. When PF took over, we accelerated infrastructure development with the aim of improving the standards of living of our people,” he said.
Mr Chama said Government under President Lungu’s leadership has continued to implement development projects and complete existing ones.
“We have a mandate and a vision as a party under President Lungu to reduce the cost of living for our people through sustainable economic development. Therefore, as Patriotic Front, we will ensure that what is contained in the party manifesto is delivered to our people,” he said.
Mr Chama said the opposition has lost its meaning because it is made up of individuals with personal hatred against President Lungu.

Nemwe bachama muleumfwaki insoni southern province has registered 149 000 your strong hold luapula which gace you 99% votes has registered 43 000 votes. luapula can register 200,000 if you became serious. Yes pipo want PF to continue but that will not be easy. Install solar milling plants in all areas. continue loaning buses encourage pipo to use sola and leave HEP foe industries.

That is a valid point. This Chama thing is a wrong square peg for that round hole!! Indeed, Luapula can register four times that figure for southern. Those massive infrastructural developments will need to be applauded by the ‘NEW’voter who has seen it. If you think the voter along the bottom road (massive te?) will give you “overwhelming” support, think again, Chama. That development is diminished by your continued stay as SG because you insulted that people. And Lungu does not see this?
Chama, sorry, but swallow it, YOU ARE A LIABILITY TO PF.

No wonder there is hunger in southern province because these tongas have become good at voting for the reject than to invest their energy in farming. That’s why you were eating sand.

The way lungu and kambwili has handled miners and millers should be extended to all busines houses. They are taking advantage of free economy. Let all stake holders sit with all business houses including tuntemba to be sincere with their pricings. All ministers and DCs should learn from kambwili and chanda kabwe

Ati easy winning elections,ba Chama how are you going to resucitate the value of the KWACHA against the DOLLAR?Good governance means having food in tfe house. Now PF has killed agriculture completely which fool can give a vote to your party? The problem is that you not reading the minds of most of us zambians because you are a GUN-RUNNING person with blood stains in your hands.Your philosophy of killing and maiming electrolates, including the use of vulgar language and insults you think can make PF win elections,NO.Twakana sana ukuwekeshapo PF mubuteko pantu nimwe ba mponyansala.Ala PF yena NINKULUNGWE,2016ni ba HH na UPND chapwa, pantu ifi efyo LESA APEKENYE.The future of zambia with HH is very bright and very promising.

This fool can!!
Why?
Because those insults from Chama were ‘regiospecific’.
Because the dollar rate ain’t a PF creation. So are the copper prices.
Because the gun running battock slititting ain’t a norm but an isolated incident.
What would be folly is actually making an individual’s case and making it a national character. Now, that is folly indeed!

My father taught me about one huge investment (bigger than capital) in business. GOODWILL. Once you loose that, be sure that your business will go down or will knit compete favourably. This is a case with Chama in the PF.
The president ought to know that there shall NEVER arise any bigger support from the people that felt injured by this goon for as long as he remains SG. It will not be about tribal but a reaction against stupidity. Imagine you are extremely hungry only to meet the guy who plucked your spouse selling the next meal! Ah! Kuti yabafye! Twalaya lyapo kumbi!!

“…Many would agree with me that our country remained behind in infrastructure development during the MMD era”…. and a Lungu believes those same people in that era we need them back into our Govt and PF. Talk of having limited memory capacity and Windows 95 mentality.

Kakolwe, indeed as PF we need an SG who’s charismatic enough to some-how equals the likes of bena Dora, once vibrant in the MMD or Kabimba when he’s PF not this mediocrity we’ve been subjected to iya Kubwata bwatafye umo sha chela. Plz, ba Kateka Chama must go now and not later coz we may be late. Mumbi Phiri, though sometimes she strays is just doing well so far and i’m still banking on her.
