Lusaka Woman Impregnated Twice By Her Nephew Due To Husbands Failure To Satisfy Her Sexually

A 40 year old woman of Lusaka’s Kanyama Township has shocked her husband’s relatives when she told the court that she has been impregnated twice by her nephew.
Theresa Chindele, 40, left her husband Derrick Linyama, 46, of the same location and the Kanyama local court magistrates confused when she broke her silence over her 14-year incestuous activities with her nephew.
This is in a matter where Chindele had sued Linyama for divorce because of his failure to satisfy her each time they had sex.
Chindele said she was sexually starved by Linyama who only demanded his conjugal rights on intervals and accused him of failing to impregnate her.
She admitted having sex with her nephew and that this had resulted in two pregnancies with the second one being in 2001.
“My husband’s relatives wanted to organise his relative or his brother to father children with me but it was too late because my nephew had already impregnated me. My husband was aware about this arrangement, we decided to keep it a top secret until today,” she said.
In defence Linyama admitted having married his wife in 1993 and that he found her with her nephew’s pregnancy but that the child died later.
Linyama testified how his wife was promiscuous to an extent of bearing children with the son to one of her sisters.
“In 2001, I went to Livingstone for a visit but when I came back it was disappointing that I found my wife was again carrying her nephew’s pregnancy,” he said.
Linyama said he was unhappy at the fact that he caught his wife committing adultery not only with her nephew but also with other men with the latest incident having happened recently,” he said.
In passing judgment, Kanyama local court senior magistrates Daniel Phiri and Ackim Phiri annulled the marriage without any compensation to either party.

These are the social ills of a society which is undergoing low standard of living. During times of economic down turns it follows that delinquencies increase. Alot of defilement cases and adultery ones are now the norm under pf . Surely as a country we have huge deep underlying problems. Please let us remove this party called pf that has brought alot of social ills to our society. vote upnd

Its quiet imbalancing that some Zambians can take politics so for granted that they are not ashamed of insult inocernt people in matters that do not concern them. In stead of reflecting on the matter under descusion, you are busy insulting each other. When will maturity come by your way? Why is it that only UPND cadres insult the rulling? Learn to respect the government of the day and you too will be respected if at all you can make it to that office. Remember, the Bible teaches us, “uwikata ulupanga afwila kulupanga”. I can assure you, if you can’t change, your regime will be the worst because the same whip you are using today will be used onto you, but in a worse manner. Unless you are convised to your selves that you not make it to presidential office, you need to change on your approach to others. “Ukwali Insoke takwafwile Muntu”. Tukamimona!
