One Police Officer Dies In Presidential Mortorcade Accident

The presidential motorcade has been involved in a road traffic accident on the Great North Road, killing an officer on the spot according to police .
The presidential motorcade was returning to Lusaka after President Edgar Lungu’s tour of Northern Province.

According to Police  commissioner for central province, the accident occurred after a tyre bus which cause the vehicle to overturn several times

President Lungu was not in the motorcade as he flew from Kasama to Lusaka.
