MINISTER of Higher Education Nkandu Luo says Zambia should consider research and the study of witchcraft as a science that can be used productively for the benefit of the country.

“I could not help but think of witchcraft when I saw a mobile phone put into a box and it turned into a lady’s pant!” she said in reference to a stunt performed by a magician at the ceremony held at Livingstone Museum.
Prof Luo said President Lungu’s administration has placed high premium on science endeavours to
excellent, this is long overdue.. let Dr Katele Kalumba be headmaster for this course.

HEHEHEHHEHE YABA, BUT COME TO THINK OF IT, BLUETOOTH, AND DNA TRACKING TECHNOLOGY MAY HAVE STARTED FROM WITCH CRAFT.
Promoting witchcraft?????
This is a non starter! Witchraft and science are not the same! Science is practiced within our dimentions of reasoning and understanding, while witchraft, magic and miracles are in another dimention elusive to our parameters of understanding and reasoning. To use science to study witchcraft or vice versa, is not possible!!
