I WANT to be called Mr President too, I am no longer interested in being minister, says disgruntled expelled Patriotic Front Roan member of Parliament Chishimba Kambwili.

“If PF wants to reconcile with me, let them ask President Lungu to vacate his seat because I want to become president too,” Mr Kambwili said.

He was speaking in Ndola at a meeting in Ndola yesterday of the National Democratic Congress (NDC). Kambwili said that he was not interested in any offer be it Defence Minister because he was above that.

“I am tired, I also want to become a driver. I have told them (PF) that I’m no longer interested in being minister, I want to be called Mr President. I campaigned for the party countrywide during the general election and I even fell ill. I only worked as minister for a short while before I was fired. I will not accept that,” Kambwili said.

And Kambwili said he will remain PF, but things could change in January 2018.
“I am tired moving on a bumpy road. I have a vision to build major manufacturing agriculture-based on value addition. I’m a political consultant for NDC but in PF in inverted commas but I feel that I am wasting time being a consultant,” he said.

He said late December 2017 or early January 2018 the NDC would unveil its president as Mwenya Musenge was just creating the pathway.
