MINISTER of Agriculture Dora Siliya has urged farmers on the Farmer Input Support Programme (FISP) electronic voucher (e-voucher) system to contribute the K400 required for their cards to be activated for them to access inputs. Ms Siliya says some farmers are having difficulties in accessing inputs from agro-dealers because they have not contributed K400 and their cards have not yet been activated. She said this yesterday during the signing of a contract for the US$390 million Agriculture Infrastructure Development project in the Kalungwishi farm block in Northern Province.
