Commenting on the issue at hand in Chinsali district the capital of Muchinga province. Government workers at FTC offices in Chinsali are now calling the call of nature in the nearby bush.

It is sad to note that calls have been raised to ensure that there is water at the institution but nothing has been done. Female workers are also seen squatting in the bushes and are being watched by young ones who come to see what they usually call ‘ka sevideo’.
