Dear Editor,
I am an indigenous Zambian who has been victimized by this merciless company. I started work in the year 2014 in January, worked so well and did not fail this company until 2017 June 2nd to be precisely. My first contract expired in 2016 and in June this year I resigned due to unprofessional practices by some individuals and what has surprised me is that up to now this company has not paid me my gratuity which they agreed that they will settle.
However the news I have is that they have closed some offices in some parts of the country. And now they don’t want to legally pay me my money. I believe issue delayed is justice denied. Please can any firm come to my plea because am in dilemma. I am very disappointed that we still have companies in Zambia that are still exploiting workers and this is wrong.
Very soon from the look of things this company is yet to even start failing to compensate it’s own clients, their motto is nothing but opposite.
Please publish this without any fear because of some other people that can not come out now to express their grievances for fear of losing their jobs but for the sake of future incoming ones this should be put on public domain so that people can know them. It is so disgusting to see companies stealing from poor citizen and higher authorities busy enriching themselves.
