In this story, Internationally acclaimed politician, Vernon Johnson Mwaanga popularly know as VJ is lecturing Copperbelt Minister and self-imposed President Edgar Lungu’s bootlicker Bowman Lusambo to behave in an honorable manner in Parliament in the next sitting.

Dr Mwaanga, the former Parliamentary Chief Whip says it is a disgrace that there are Ministers like Lusambo, the former Movement for Multiparty Democracy(MMD) Die-Hard Youth Wing Coordinator who seem not to understand the dos and don’ts of Parliament.
Dr Mwaanga says Members of Parliament are given a handbook which stipulates the rules and procedures of the house but that it seems Lusambo does not understand what is contained in the manual script.

Deputy Speaker of The National Assembly Catherine  Namugala chased Lusambo for heckling Chishimba Kambwili while he was giving estimates of the ACC in parliament.
