PRESS STATEMENT

After being fired from the teaching profession,illegal PROTUZ General Secretary,Kangwa
Musenga,has continued to stay in office even when the general membership has asked him to
leave.
Its now dramatic that he has gone to entice a named private school to appoint him as a
teacher,in order for him to continue at the helm of the Union.This is still very illegal and must
be halted.A private school teacher cannot run a public service union.He must resign now
before he commits many more crimes.
Further,the public and our members must know that Mrs Trigain Kansembe,former PROTUZ
deputy General Secretary,the lady who resigned from teaching and from the Union as a result
of being among teachers with fake qualifications,has now been appointed PROTUZ Director
of finance .This is a big scandal and our members must rise up to protect their money.
Because of his many gross incompetencies and allowing above illegalities,I humbly ask
Mr.Mwitumwa Vincent,the Union President,to step down and call for fresh elections.The
man has terribly failed to preside over our organization.We are tired of this mediocrity.
Today, the Union has stopped funding the districts and helping members. This is creating
great difficulties for district leaders to operate.Again, All our values, policies and principles
have been abandoned by the President and the General Secretary.Instead of growing the
Union and meeting the needs of members, it is shocking that these leaders are busy fighting
each other and amassing wealth.
