You might think its jokes, but its indeed true.

A Police officer, constable Mjema, assigned to guard the residence of Grace Obama Chiumia, the current minister of Civic Education, Culture and Community Development, has been arrested for going to the outside toilet at the Minister’s house to answer the call of nature.

According to reports we have gathered, the Minister is said to have found the gate unmanned during lunch hour. Her driver hooter several times to have the gate opened, and it was the houseboy who came to open.

Surprised, the Minister inquired as to the whereabouts of the police officer, only to notice him coming from the direction of the toilet, running towards her.

The police officer immediately apologized but the Minister could not have none of his apology. He was given a good dressing down and then reported to his bosses.

30 minutes later, a police vehicle came with another officer who replaced constable mjema. Mjema was told to board the vehicle. He was told he had been arrested for neglecting his duties and put in a cell at Lingadzi police (Area 18) in Lilongwe
