President Edgar Lungu has called on the church in the country to consider engaging some politicians who are practicing cheap politics of malice and advice them to be better.
The Head of State has also emphasized that he is always going to be available to the church and is ever ready to heed its advice and counsel.
Speaking when he attended church service at the UCZ Chimwemwe congregation in Kitwe, President Lungu says he is ever ready to engage the church and hear their advice.
And the Head of State states that as a human being he is bound to make mistakes and sometimes fail and it is the role of the church to provide him with counsel.
President Lungu has expressed disappointment with the type of politics’ some players are practicing.
He furthermore states that he is happy that he has been encouraged to ignore the detractors but that he has however chosen not to ignore.
