Former President Chiluba’s Son Who Stole A Phone Appears In Court

Late second Republican President Frederick Chiluba’s Son, Junior has been found with a case to answer over theft allegations.

In this case Chiluba was dragged to court for allegedly stealing a cell phone worth K8, 000.

Magistrate Nthandose Chabala has found him with a case to answer saying the prosecution has proven its case beyond reasonable doubt.

Chiluba is expected to open his defence soon.
