CHIPOLOPOLO will face neighboring rivals Zimbabwe in the opener of the four-nation tournament.
Football Association of Zambia communications manager Desmond Katongo said Zambia would face Zimbabwe on March 22 in the 4-day tournament scheduled for Levy Mwanawasa Stadium in Ndola.
He said the second game would see South Africa battle it out with Angola at the same venue.
Katongo further said finals would be played on March 25 with the third and fourth playoff set for the same day.
He said the Zambia national team had set up camp in Lusaka at Golden Bridge Hotel until Wednesday before heading to Ndola.
With CAF having moved the Africa Cup qualifying games, which were scheduled for March to later in the year, the games are expected to help the national teams active.
Zambia’s next scheduled official match is on September 7 against Namibia in the Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers.
