A 37-year-old man of Lusaka’s Chilanga area has been dragged to court for allegedly obtaining money by false pretenses, forgery, theft of motor vehicle and personating public officers contrary to the Laws of Zambia.
In this matter, it is alleged in count one that Savior Mwamba, on March 28 2018 in Lusaka, with intent to defraud, obtained K1, 500.00 by falsely pretending to be a RTSA official when in fact not.
In the second count, on the same date as in count one, it is alleged that Mwamba with intent to defraud, did forge a RTSA identity card.
Allegations in the third count are that on the same date in Lusaka, the accused person did steal a motor vehicle valued at K45, 000 property of Silvester Museleteta.
And in the fourth count, it is alleged that Mwamba did personate to be a public officer employed by RTSA when in fact not.
The accused person will be appearing before magistrate Mary Chibanga.
