Dear editor,

Please help expose this conman by the name of Hebron Sichone. He is based in Nakonde but currently on the run because of issues and police cases.

He does clearing of cars and other businesses. He delivers cars and other goods without paying duty legally making you suffer with customs and ratsa even after you give him money to do so. He is  one stupid ass**** people must be aware of.

If anyone has information of this man kindly inform the police.
