The police officer who was involved in a traffic road accident on Wednesday last week has been charged with dangerous driving and has paid admission of guilty fine.

Police spokesperson Esther Katongo says the officer will bear all the cost of the damage that was caused during the accident.

But the owner of the shop says since the accident happened the officer has not been seen and that no works have so far been done to repair her shop.

She says the shop was the only source of income and since the accident she is suffering.
