The ruling party, Patriotic Front (PF) has also grabbed the Chilanga seat from the opposition UPND in a by-election held today.
The PF campaign team led by Justice Minister Given Lubinda are celebrating after their candidate polled Maria Langa polled 19, 423 against UPND’s Charmaine Musonda with 16, 843 votes.
