Senior Citizen Dante Saunders says it is heartbreaking that the current crop of politicians do not want to heed to advice coming from freedom fighters on the need to end political violence.

Mr. Saunders tells QTV News that freedom fighters and senior citizens are worried with the current state of political violence being perpetrated by some politicians in the name of being in office saying this should be discouraged.

He says politicians should show respect to the old generation by heeding to the advice of coexisting and avoid any form of political violence and intimidation against their opponents.

Meanwhile, Mr. Saunders has called for peaceful campaigns in Lusaka as they campaign for the Lusaka Mayoral by-election.
