Minister of National Guidance and Religious Affairs Godfridah Sumaili has said that the rhumba sensational singer Koffi Olomide would not be allowed to enter the country as he was facing a number of allegations in France.

French ambassador to Zambia Sylvain Berger advised authorities in the country to take note that Koffi was still facing a number of charges in France and Zambia where a photojournalist was a victim.
