RULING Patriotic Front (PF) mayoral candidate for Lusaka Miles Sampa has scooped the Lusaka City mayoral seat in the by-election held on Thursday.

The victory for Patriotic Front means Sampa will be Lusaka City Mayor to continue where late Wilson Kalumba left.
