Question: I am a 38-year-old woman and have been married for 12 years. I don’t know where to begin but my marriage is going through a very bad phase. We (my husband and I) seem to have grown cold and we haven’t had any physical relationship for last one year.

Whenever I try to discuss this with him, he says that he is tired and somehow, he brushes this under the carpet. It’s really bothering me a lot. What should I do?
