DAUGHTER of late President Michael Sata, Mwelwa, has taken legal action against a Lusaka businessman for alleged theft by servant and obtaining money by false pretences involving over K200,000.
Masulani Mazyopa of Makeni Konga is charged with three counts of theft by agent, and obtaining money by false pretences.
It is alleged that between June 1, 2016, and February 28 this year, Mazyopa, who was engaged as a rental collector by Mwelwa Sata, stole K145,500 which was entrusted to him by Joojo Chaputa to deliver the said money to Ms Sata.
