NAPSA coach Mohamed Fathi says Saturday’s win over Kabwe Youth Soccer Academy “is a sweet victory” because it helped his team leap over relegation. Fathi said all members of the club had put in effort in making sure the team survived relegation.
He praised them all for “good team work”.
“This is a very sweet victory because this is the game that has sealed the deal for survival from relegation. At least we managed to survive relegation, we are very safe now and in good position, I’m happy for the players, management and to the executive, good teamwork,” said Fathi.
An early goal from Austin Banda in the seventh minute gave Napsa the much-needed victory. Napsa now can start looking ahead into next season’s super league and try to reapply themselves for the league title. Napsa are 14th on the Super League log with 42 points with a game to play before the 2018 season closes.
