A married woman sent the court gathering into laughter when she disclosed that her lover used a plastic for packing salt as protection with her lover during intercourse in place of a condom.
This is in a case where Bright Kanyema has dragged his neighbor Worth Chilala after discovering that his neighbor was in an adulterous relationship with his wife.
Kanyema is claiming K25, 000 in compensation from the defendant after his 24 year old wife, Sensister Munsanje confessed to having slept with Chilala on three occasions.
This was after Kanyema observed a blouse that he did not buy for Munsanje who also admits to have been given K50 with a balance of K50.
The complainant adds that he visited the places where the duo had intercourse and 2 used condoms were found near the stream, the claimed plastic was discovered behind an Ant Hill.
Munsanje, who was wearing the same blouse in court, admitted to being in an adulterous affair with Chilala and revealed she opted for a plastic because she could not sleep with him without protection.
Magistrates Luyando Siachitema and Mulonda Mulonda have since reserved ruling for a later date.
