On behalf of my Political Party Adedo-Zamucano, I would like to invite all responsibility Citizens of Zambia including the Chief Justice, Director of Public Prosecution, Executive Board of Judicial Department, Executive Board of Public Protector, Legal Scholars, and Law Association of Zambia with immediate to get involved by participate in this Debating Forum the Case between:
Fresher Siwale Versus Late Edger Chagwe Lungu, And Who Is Jonathan Mutaware?

Fact 1 :
According to Mr. Fresher Siwale, leader of the New Labor Political Party, claimed that, President Edger Chagwe Lungu real original names or identity was Jonathan Mutaware, born in 1956 to Malawian parents worked has a miner in the Copperbelt.

Fact 2 :
Prior to his arrest on 24 April 2018, Mr. Fresher Siwale appeared on different media platforms, challenging President Edger Chagwe Lungu to respond or defend himself over assertion that he inherited the identity and profile of the real Edger Chagwa Lungu, whom he alleges is deceased.

Fact 3:
People’s Party leader Mike Mulongoti and New labor Party Fresher Siwale challenged President Lungu to Produce his National Registration Card (NRC) as a way of proving his true identity.

Fact 4:
In order to defend the real identity of Late Edger Chagwe Lungu, Mr. Fresher Siwale showed and produced an original NRC copy of real Late Edger Chagwe Lungu, and  claimed to have an original NRC for the said late.

Fact 5:
Fisher Siwale and Mike Mulongoti believed to have key evidence about the real identity of President Edger Lungu. Both Fisher Siwale and Mike Mulongoti have been so confident, comfortable and unshakable over this hottest debate.

Fact 6:
Why is it that, President Edgar Lungu is so quiet about this hottest debate on his identity?
Why is it that, President Edger Lungu has been failed to come in open in public and defend himself over his real identity?

Fact 7 :
Mr. Mike Mulongoti observed that there were too many inconsistencies in President Lungu’s life histories that prompted him to demand that the Public Protector investigates his true identity.
He said in his authorized autobiography, Against All Odds, President Lungu claims to have been born in a then white only Ndola Central Hospital in 1956 but on a Prime TV programmer, State House Spokesman Amos Chanda claimed that President Lungu was in fact born in Kitwe.

Fact 8:
Mr. Fresher Siwale observed that, the traditional leaders from Eastern Province who have been paraded claiming that President Lungu is their Son, mentioned that he was born from Eneless Zulu while in his autobiography, it is claimed that President Lungu’s mother was Eliza Tasile Jere., indicating that President Lungu was born from two different mothers.

Fact 9:
Mr. Mulongoti indicated that, the Chimwemwe House No. 4001 which President Lungu claims to have grown up had toilet outside, while the House No.4001 appearing in his autobiographical show the House with toilet inside.

Fact 10:
When Mulongoti and his team went to Chimwemwe House No. 4001 in order to interview the current landlords, they founded that the house was sold previous night to unknown people, and landlords evicted, and that raises suspicions.

Fact 11:
Mr. Mulongoti said that, President Lungu has no single record indicating his childhood or primary school or any mention of his immediate family members.

Fact 12:
Mr. Mulongoti and his team went to Mukuba Secondary School were President Lungu claimed to be a pupil there, they met some people who confirmed and admitted that was a pupil by the name of Edger Chagwa Lungu, but he was very dark and not light in complexion.

Fact 13:
President Lungu produced a coloured picture of his real father seemed to be taken in the 1940s or 50s, but in those years before 1970s the entire world didn’t have any coloured pictures apart from black and white, even the queen of England had only black and white pictures.

Collective Facts from Mr. Fresher Siwale :
He added, ” I later found that the man in State House is not who says he is. The Edgar Lungu in State House was born Jonathan Mutaware from Malawian parents who came to Zambia to work in the mines. He attended Kaloko Primary School and later Masala Secondary School, and he failed Form 3 and hence his insistence on the Grade 12 certificate issue.”
“The man in State House has stolen an identity belonging to a man called Edgar Chagwa Lungu, the father to Tasila, the late Edgar Chagwa Lungu went to Ishuko Primary School and Chimwemwe A and later attended Mukuba Secondary School and enrolled at Zambia National Service and later went to UNZA where he met Tasila’s mother Dorothy Machanda. The two got married in Mtendere and later moved to Kabwata. The late Edgar Chagwa Lungu was a very sharp and accomplished lawyer.”

Legal Point of View
Under International Law, or National Laws, any person being found wanting by taking or siding advantages using another person’s identification /ID., the said person is automatically liable (legally answerable) by committing a Criminal Offence under the Criminal Law called impersonating.
The Law is very clear, for example, if any person presents another person’s identification /ID before Constitution OATH by impersonating or using false documentation and takes advantage to occupy the highest position of the Land vying for the Presidency, thereto, the said person automatically commits a Treasonable Case under any circumstance concerning Legal Rules or Rule of Laws being applied under National Laws, and Under International Law throughout the entire world. And therefore, Treasonable Cases complies death or life imprisonment.
The said Case between Mr. Fresher Siwale versus Late Mr. Edger Chagwa Lungu. And Who Is Jonathan Mutaware? Raised many legal questions to be answered by President Edger Lungu himself in person. Why to question him? It is because the said Case is in Public and International domain to protect our Sovereignty state and Zambian Citizen; to repair our Legal and Judiciary system including Immigration and National Security damages.
Therefore, on behalf of my Political Party Adedo Zamucano, I’m hereby appealing to all my fellow Zambia Citizen country wide and abroad to stop under rating the said “Fresher Siwale Case” until all facts and truths are testifying in the Criminal Court of Law by Mr. Mike Mulogoti and Mr. Fresher Siwale. Also, I’m appealing to the Chief Justice and Director Public Prosecutor of Zambia to speed up hearing court appeals and procedures for the said Case.
