United Prosperous and Peaceful Zambia (UPPZ) is saddened at the death of Freedom fighter Mama Kankasa.

We wish to join in mourning with the family members and the freedom fighters fraternity.

As UPPZ will continue to emulate her love and dedication in building a strong foundation for the future generation during the liberation struggle.

We wish also to celebrate her life for a positive contribution as a female freedom fighter.

May her soul rest in peace and unity for Zambians until a day of her send-off.
