when is this going to end surely and where is professionalism here ..if its is traffic offence why not just report take his number plate instead of such
Ninkhani yakang’ona. If they report, the money will go to the state instead of to them. We are so behind in this “shit hole”of ours. The government must introduce giving tickets for traffic offences so that the offenders can pay the money in a specific account or at the court within a specified period of time. If one fails to pay within that time, then they can be taken to that ka fast track court.
It is insane to impound people cars for traffic offences, most of which are just crafted by the hungry traffic officers. It is also total madness to expected motorist to pay fines on the spot once found wanting. Very few people move around with cash these days.
