LUSAKA Province Minister Bowman Lusambo has directed the Lusaka City Council (LCC) to revoke licences and close all massage parlours that are operating as brothels.
Mr Lusambo issued the warning yesterday after a spot-check on some of the massage parlours in Lusaka.
The impromptu visits revealed that some massage parlours offer more than the prescribed services.
A random survey conducted yesterday revealed that some massage parlours offer extra services, which include sex at rates ranging from K500 to K1,900.
