Controversial gospel artist, Steve G has lost his wife a year after he married her.

The 27-year-old Zambian gospel artist caused a social media storm when he married a wife said to have been 18 years older than he.

The wife died today at the University Teaching Hospital..Circumstances surrounding death remain unknown, for now.

Stevie G shocked the local community when he married a woman 18 years his senior.

Steve married a 45-year old Zamtel employee where she was a Projects Manager. We are advised, “what God has put together, let no man put asunder.” he declared.

At the time Steve G went to media and requested that although he was a gospel artist, marrying an older woman was not a sin.
