Hot FM radio co-owner Oscar Chavula says he does not mind if his workers reported for work naked because he runs an entertainment business and not a Convent School or a Nursing School. He posted on his Facebook page shortly after the outfit of one of his employees Mutale Mwanza went viral.

Oscar says the only thing that he cares about his employees is performance, not the dressing. See in the screenshots below:

EK: Do you have a dress code at the station?
Me: Nope… never needed one!
EK: Why?
Me: We run an entertainment business and not a convent or a nurse school.
EK: Meaning?
Me: it’s showbiz not civil service…
EK: Oh ok…
Me: in all honesty I couldn’t care less if they showed up in their birth suits with donkey skin slippers. What bothers me is poor performance well cocooned in supposed decent apparel.
