This is the face of Constable Edwin Kabasiya of Meanwood Police who killed fellow officer Constable Lennox Kapila who   died from Levy Mwanawasa Teaching Hospital yesterday where he was admitted to the intensive care unit.Constable Edwin is still at large and members of the public with any information on his whereabouts are advised to contact the police.
