Very sad ending! Constable Lenox Kapila who was shot by his colleague two days ago died yesterday morning at Levy Mwanawasa Teaching Hospital leaving behind his wife and two Kids. Constable Kapila was shot by his colleague constable Edwin Kabasiya from Munali Police Post. Constable Kabasiya is now on the run.
Police spokesperson Esther Katongo has since advised  members of the public who may have information about Kabasiya’s whereabouts  not to hesitate to report the matter to the police.

Meanwhile, the father of the deceased officer says the family has been given specific instructions not to speak to the media.
