Former Foreign Affairs Minister Harry Kalaba has resigned as Bahati Constituency Member of Parlaiment following his expulsion from the Patriotic Front for gross misconduct and says he will now direct his energies towards mobilizing support for his 2021 presidential bid.

Addressing the media in Lusaka today, Mr. Kalaba says he has now accepted the role of presidency of the opposition Democratic Party.
