GOVERNMENT will only cancel the title to property which was given to late former President Frederick Chiluba’s wife, Regina, when it receives a request from his children.

Minister of Lands and Natural Resources Jean Kapata said in an interview yesterday that it is against Zambian laws to exclude the late President’s children from the estate because they are entitled to 50 percent of their father’s properties.
