University student Chokani Sakala who is accused of raping daughter of late President Michael Sata will on March 29, hear his ruling on whether or not the court has found him with a case to answer.
The prosecutions closed their case last Friday.
Sakala is alleged to have raped the victim, 19, on May 5 last year in a car after they went for an outing.
During the incidence, the accused is said to have threatened to kill the victim if she did not give in.
However, Sakala’s lawyers have argued saying that the two had arranged to meet and that there was consent from the victim.
They say the two have had sex together on several occasions in their sexual relationship which lasted for more than Two years.
