The day Pastor Nevers Mumba helped resurrect a woman from the dead ALTHOUGH years have passed, memories of how Pastor Nevers Mumba ‘prayed’ a Ndola woman out of the dungeons of death are still very fresh.

A Ndola family had just lost their daughter, Christine at the Ndola Central Hospital. The doctor ordered that Christine be taken to the mortuary as he had already certified her dead.

But the family refused to have their loved one be taken to the mortuary. The mother insisted that they be allowed to take the dead Christine to Pastor Mumba who was having a crusade nearby. While busy ministering, Pastor Mumba was told that a family had brought their dead relative so that he prays for her.

When the body was brought to the pulpit, Pastor Mumba asked everyone to pray. Laying his hands on the dead body of Christine, Pastor Mumba thundered in prayer for some minutes. Within a short while, Christine opened her eyes— much to the shock of those who witnessed the whole ordeal. Christine is still alive up to this day. We really thank God for Pastor Mumba and how his various exploits helped fly the Zambian flag all over the world.
