In what seems like a vote of no confidence in the ruling party, the opposition National Democratic Congress candidate Joseph Chishala has scooped the Roan Parliamentary constituency by-election held earlier today.

The Roan seat fell vacant when political animal who also doubles as NDC consultant Chishimba Kambwili was expelled from the ruling PF party on flimsy ground.
